Swiftoutfit provides AI-powered outfit planning, wardrobe management, styling recommendations, visualization features, and related services.

You may need an account to use certain Swiftoutfit features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information reasonably current.

Swiftoutfit may allow you to authenticate through Google or other third-party identity providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

Swiftoutfit uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit recommendations, visualizations, styling suggestions, and related content.

AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or suggestions that are not appropriate for every individual, event, setting, climate, culture, or circumstance. You are responsible for deciding whether to rely on or use a recommendation.

You may upload or provide wardrobe images, descriptions, profile information, event details, preferences, and other content. You retain ownership of content you provide.

You grant Swiftoutfit the limited rights necessary to process that content for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the features you use.

You may not misuse Swiftoutfit, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, interfere with its operation, circumvent usage restrictions, abuse automated systems, or use the service in violation of applicable law.

Swiftoutfit may provide free features subject to usage limits and paid features available through subscriptions or other payment arrangements.

Feature limits, available functionality, pricing, and plan benefits may change from time to time.

If you purchase a paid subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you provide in accordance with the plan presented at the time of purchase.

Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be presented through the applicable billing experience and may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.

We aim to keep Swiftoutfit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party service interruptions, security issues, or other technical reasons.

Swiftoutfit and its software, branding, design, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Swiftoutfit intellectual property.

Swiftoutfit is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Styling recommendations and AI-generated output are provided for informational and convenience purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swiftoutfit and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to Swiftoutfit where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or material harm to the service or its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Swiftoutfit after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.
